Juls-less Reunion

Yesterday was the first Tuna Family reunion without Juls (Tuna Ma), bcus she's studying in Aussie. Had dinner at Wai Sek Gai near Kathy's granma's house. Haven't been here for years! Our parents used to always take us here for dinner when we were younger. My favourite here.. the nasi lemak.. it's awesome!!

The original plan was to go to Uncle Don's for sheesha (the girls haven't tried) after dinner, but sadly Marv & I don't know hoe to get there. So, we decided to watch a movie at Metro Prima instead.

I wanted to buy this sweater I'd been eyeing for some time. So before the movie started, we went to Jusco. The girls caught Marv on camera looking at undies. Haha.


Watched Disturbia, which isn't the type of movie I would usually watch. I'm anti horror & anti thriller. Hehe. But this I can take, it's both funny & thrilling, not bad actually. It's worth watching people!

Surprisingly the girls didn't know what Disturbia is about at all. So I end up briefing Erisha & Kathy during the first few minutes of the movie.

Towards the end of the movie, the girls were freaked out by:

(a) the attacks on Kale (Shia LaBeouf) & Ashley (Sarah Roemer)

(b) the scenes with the wrapped up or bloated corpses of the murdered women

Scary shit!!

Kathy & Amber were closing their eyes throughout these scenes, didn't dare to watch. Haha.


The movie ended pretty late, so we decided to just head home. On the way to the exit we realized that the parking ticket hasn't been paid for. Turned back & Marv went down to pay. The rest.. camwhored. Typical huh??



When Marv returned, we continued camwhoring. Not many good pics.

Back at the exit, homeward bound! But NO.. yours truly had to drop the parking ticket. Was frantically searching bcus many cars were waiting behind. A security guard even came wondering what the problem was. Alas I found it on the floor in between the driver's seat & the door..*sweats* Exited immediately!
Embarrassment!!

All in all, it was a great reunion.
